What exactly is a pension document organising session?
It is a two-hour in-person meeting at our Kuala Lumpur office where we sit with you and work through your pension-related paperwork together — statements, fund letters, nomination forms, and personal records. We help you sort, label, and file them in a printed organiser folder, and produce a one-page summary of where each document lives. We do not offer financial or legal views on any of the documents.
Do you provide financial or legal advice?
No. Quillvex is an organisational and educational service. We help people put papers in order, attend workshops about the practical day-to-day aspects of retirement, and arrange calm family conversations. We do not advise on investments, schemes, legal matters, or tax — and we are clear about this distinction in every session.
Who is the workshop series most suited for?
The four-workshop series is designed for adults in their late fifties and early sixties who are within a few years of retirement and would like to think through the practical, day-to-day side of the transition — keeping records in order, considering household routines, structuring time, and writing a family note about wishes. The workshops are educational and held in small groups.
How does the family conversation session work?
We begin with individual pre-meeting interviews with each family member who will attend. This helps us understand what each person hopes the conversation will cover. We then facilitate a two-hour structured discussion — at our office or at a venue you arrange — covering household plans, document locations, daily-life preferences, and whatever the family would like to have on record. A written summary is produced afterwards for the family to keep.
What are the session fees and how do I pay?
The document organising session is MYR 480. The four-workshop series is MYR 1,650 per person. The family conversation coordination is MYR 3,950 for the full arrangement. Payment details are discussed when you make an enquiry. We accept bank transfer. Payment is typically made in advance of the session.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. We handle all documents and personal information with care. We do not store copies of your pension documents, share your details with third parties, or retain information beyond the scope of the session. Our full privacy policy is available on this site.
