Quillvex is an organisational and educational services provider based at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng 17, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We offer structured sessions and workshops to help individuals and families understand, organise, and think through pension-related paperwork and retirement preparation. We do not provide financial, legal, investment, or any other form of regulated advice.

2. Nature of Our Services

All services offered by Quillvex are strictly organisational or educational in nature. This includes:

• Pension Document Organising Sessions — helping clients sort and catalogue their own documents.
• Retirement Readiness Workshop Series — group educational workshops on practical retirement preparation.
• Family Conversation Coordination — facilitated family discussions around planning and household organisation.

Nothing we do constitutes financial planning, investment advice, legal counsel, tax guidance, or any service regulated under Malaysian law. Any decisions you make following our sessions are your own and remain entirely your responsibility.

3. Use of This Website

You may use this website for your personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with our services. You agree not to:

4. Bookings and Payments

When you book a session or workshop with Quillvex, you enter into an agreement with us on the following basis:

• Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are correct at the time of publication, though they may be updated periodically.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment arrangements have been agreed and acknowledged by Quillvex in writing.
• Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of enquiry.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking if circumstances require it, in which case any amounts paid will be refunded or arrangements made at your preference.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling approach is as follows:

• Cancellations made at least five business days before a confirmed session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made within five business days may be subject to a partial administrative charge, which will be discussed with you at the time.
• In the event that Quillvex needs to cancel or postpone a session, we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.
• Workshop Series cancellations may be handled differently given the group format; specific terms will be shared at the time of booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quillvex provides organisational and educational support only. We are not responsible for:

• Any financial, personal, or other outcomes arising from decisions made following our sessions.
• The accuracy or completeness of documents, records, or information you bring to us.
• Third-party services, websites, or organisations referenced in our materials.
• Any loss of data, documents, or personal items while on our premises, except where caused by our own negligence.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

All content on this website — including text, layout, printed materials distributed during sessions, and workshop resources — is the property of Quillvex or used with appropriate permission. You may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute this content for any purpose without our written consent. Personal documents and records you bring to sessions remain entirely your own property at all times.
